Dr. Rainey is amazing and so kind. He understands and listens to me during appts and gives me options instead of just starting on medications. He monitors for any side effects. He just seems to genuinely care about his patients. The new ways to message the clinical team and schedule appts is great.

I have been Dr Appel’s patient at least his clinic for 10 years and in that time I have always been treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Billing services are accurate and if I need further explanation of my bill, the department head comes right out to me, sits down, and thoughtfully explains the issue.

Dr. Wenck is professional and kind. We never feel rushed or as if we are wasting his time. Noel in his office is great too. We are very pleased with the service that we receive from them.
