“Top notch, personal experts. I have been dealing with double vision for a while. I was referred to a specialist in Rock Island, but the day of my appointment, the power went out, and my appointment had to be rescheduled. Shortly after that, my glasses broke and I went to Johnson Optical to get a new prescription and new glasses. The young female optometrist spent a long time with me and diagnosed my double vision and “prism” lenses that would help. Help? They are a MIRACLE! “If you want to pick up your glasses, don't do it in the morning. Had to make a second trip to get mine the next day due to 8 people waiting at 9:45 a.m., all sitting waiting for someone to tend to the counter. Got mine the next day around 1:00 p.m. and no waiting. They seem to be under staffed in the early part of the day“
“I keep going back to the WalMart Vision Center in Moline, IL because the exams and care I've received here is exceptional. I'm wearing a multi folcal daily in one eye for mid-to close vision and an extended wear in the other eye for distance. This is the odd arrangement that was needed to make it possible for me to get the vision I needed while still being able to wear contact lenses. This is the kind of personal care I got to make my vision 20/20 conisdering my personal needs caused by a conglomeration of variables. He could have thrown up his hands and said, "Oh, well. Guess you can't wear contacts anymore." No. He found a way to make them work for me. I watched him let another lady bring her her kids into the exam room in the grocery cart because everyone was content and he wanted to keep them that way. He made it easier for them instead of himself. He's awesome!“
“The employees that work customer service are great. I do not like the way V4L makes them put you in line to wait to just pick up frames that are ready. I think pick ups should be handled better so we don't have to wait for people that need more or longer help.“
“I have been a patient of Dr Saetra for about 8 years now. She has been treating my glaucoma and actually has done a laser treatment to relieve the pressure in my eyes somewhat. She has always had a great bedside Manner and been very professional, I have nothing but good to say about her. She even tried to keep my costs down whenever possible because I didn't have insurance. I have two other friends who went to her and they also loved her. Some days it takes a little longer because she's so busy there due to her excellent work“
