Strong sales pitch and easy financing. Roof replaced within 12 days. Was told they would email copies of warranty and completion paper but they didn’t. Was advised to call service center, which I did, and Valerie was very helpful.
The process was smooth from start to finish. The inspection of the roof was through and well documented. The inspector was able to show me pictures of the problem areas and explained what I was looking at in a way I could understand. The actual install happened about a week after the inspection which was great. The team showed up in the morning and got right to work. They were very fast. The whole roof was replaced in a day and everything was cleaned up when they left.
The project was pricey but worth the it for the materials used.
The project started out great the contractor came we couldn’t have asked for better people but then when project was finished we have had issues with prices changing the due date changing and people not staying in contact with multiple attempts
