I always read a business's lowest reviews before choosing them but I would not recommend doing that for Duck Creek as I don't believe they are accurate. I have gone to countless dentists to have work done and countless dentists tell me there's nothing wrong with my teeth or I don't need to get braces again. They just kept grinding my lower row of teeth down. Coming to Duck Creek was like a breath of fresh air. I was listened to and was given a real plan of action for my teeth and they basically confirmed what I had been trying to find out for many years. Had a great experience with the dentist and dental assistant. The dental assistant created conversation and made me very comfortable. The receptionist was rude and made me feel silly when it came to running my insurance. It’s my first time having dental coverage through work and I handed her my health insurance card not knowing it wasn’t the same for my dental, she l let me know that the card “did nothing for her” and she was going to have to look it up. She could’ve communicated that more professionally and with more patience.
I had an emergency situation and they were the only ones who were willing to help. Even the Dental organizations that claim to take emergency situations did nothing. They truly care.
