Though I have a regular therapist when at home, it is often easier to find time for a massage while out of town on business. It is normally a crap shoot as to whether you will get one that knows what they are doing, though. Admittedly, I typically have a lot of knots that need to be worked out. Amanda was among the finest I have ever used. If I were closer I would make regular appointments with her. Very professional. The only downside to the business was I was initially looking for my first Ashiatsu massage but couldn't figure out how to schedule that specifically through the business website as the links are with particular therapists. I received a gift certificate about 2 years ago to see Amanda for a massage and ever since I have made routine appointments! When I finally began to focus on my well-being and how well I function at work, massages with Amanda have been essential in improving my back, neck, and carpel tunnel in my hands.
Lisa is far and away the best MT I've ever gone to. The techniques she uses depends on what areas I'm having issues with. I've had 2 spinal surgeries so my neck and lower back are problem areas. Lisa takes care of all of it! Whether it's deep tissue, cupping, or scraping, she does an amazing job. I highly recommend her!
