I was recommended by multiple friends to try this salon out after I’ve been a decade-long loyal customer of Sun Tan City. STC recently changed their prices to the same price as this salon, so I figured I’d try out a more personal experience than what STC offers. Your Tanning Bar definitely blew STC out of the water. I’d much rather pay for the personal touch experience that YTB gives you. The color was perfect & even — much better than standing in a booth at STC while a machine sprays up & down & you hope your tan comes out even. I love too that the bottom of my feet weren’t disgusting, the tanning solution pools in the machine at STC & the bottoms of your feet end up brown/orange & looks so tacky/gross! On top of my great first experience, I had a little accident a couple of hours after my appointment & came back in to ask if they could touch it up, I offered to pay of course (it wasn’t their fault) but they were amazing & got me right in to give it a quick fix. I’ll definitely be recommending YTB & I’ll be back again!

I went and had my first facial with Nikki and it was amazing! I was nervous about getting a facial because I have sensitive skin but Nikki talked me through the different facials and what would be good for my skin. I left feeling relaxed, comfortable and happy.
Kevin came out and looked at my home I just purchased. I had a window company give me a quote on replacing my current ones on my 1300 sq ft ranch using their “huge sale pricing” and it was $16,000!!! Kevin gave me great advice on how he’d replace them and will save me over half! He also sketched out some improvements inside the house I didn’t even think of. The guy is amazing! I’ve worked with contractors for years and know good from bad. Kevin’s reputation is spot on! His style is not to sugar coat stuff. He says what he means & thinks. I know some people may not like that but I sure do! Highly recommend Miller Builder!

We had Greenspace install a natural gas fire pit this spring (2024). I can’t compliment them…ENOUGH!!! Seriously Brad and his crew could not have been more professional. I’m an engineer with high standards and an attention to details so I’m picky. The crew was making changes as they went, taking things down and adjusting to get right. Brad was somehow always here when he needed to be. Great job. We love the fire pit and have had many great nights, and positive comments.

I brought my 7-year old daughter in for a hair cut. Although Ashley was running behind, she didn't skimp on the time she spent with my daughter. She was the only stylist we've been to that pointed out her cradle cap and suggested a treatment. Even though this added time to our appointment she thoroughly combed out the cradle cap and it has not come back (it's been about 6 months since the visit). After the cut she blow-dried and styled my daughter's hair, and suggested products to help with her hair and scalp.
Nicole is an amazing and talented hairdresser who really cares about her clients. You will get a great result from her fades and love your hair after she’s done ✅

You know when you just find that one special person in your life you will do ANYTHING to keep them?? That is Audrey Hanssen and her hair styling capabilities. Went in today feeling like a pile of greasy garbage and came out feeling like a goddess. Audrey is a miracle worker. This girl works absolute magic and fills my soul with goodness. I can not stress enough how great of a stylist she is. 100/10 every time. Not only that but you can immediately tell from the first time you meet her that she is an all around good person. She fills the room with kindness and happiness. If she ever leaves Halo, I will religiously follow her around the country to get my hair done- no joke, she is that amazing. Do yourself a favor and look no further. (She also does a beautiful job on men's & kids cuts too!)

I tried to roll the dice on a Friday and walk in without an appointment. They were booked for a wedding party and didn’t have any appointments. I was a little bummed, but the way the employee (I assume the owner) handled it really impressed me. She apologized and even tried to squeeze me in the next day. I thought she was really professional and it made the situation a lot better. I will definitely try to go back another time as the place was clean, parking was good, and customer service was amazing.

I am beyond amazed at the quality of Sarah Belocks work ethic and attention to detail. She went above and beyond the initial problems we were dealing with and then fixed no-no's that other supposedly good electricians did to my house. I am overwhelmed with how much she cares. I will never call anyone but her and you shouldn't either!

We have been very pleased with our experience at Concept Bath Systems. Our master bath was very small and had insufficient storage. Collin had some great suggestions as to how we could increase storage and give us a few more inches in our shower. That may not sound like much but it is nearly done and I can already see the improvement. Collin is knowledgable and easy to work with. The crews were excellent also. They were friendly, considerate and skilled at their work. We were kept informed. They weren't pushy but made suggestions that in the long run were to our benefit. We had one small glitch which they remedied quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a bath remodel.

I have been coming here for many years! There is no other place in the Quad Cities that I would rather go! As an Catholic Archbishop, though not Roman, it is important that I look my best, even where my teeth are concerned! It seems to be a small detail to some, but not to me! The majority of my ailments at my age can begin with teeth, so it is vitally important to have as healthy teeth as possible! In my case, properly cared for teeth is necessary to continue having a face for pictures and interviews, including when I visit in Des Moines to speak and advocate this month on behalf of Alzheimers' research! I cannot say enough good things about them!
I always read a business's lowest reviews before choosing them but I would not recommend doing that for Duck Creek as I don't believe they are accurate. I have gone to countless dentists to have work done and countless dentists tell me there's nothing wrong with my teeth or I don't need to get braces again. They just kept grinding my lower row of teeth down. Coming to Duck Creek was like a breath of fresh air. I was listened to and was given a real plan of action for my teeth and they basically confirmed what I had been trying to find out for many years. The staff are very friendly and they actually wait until your mouth is numb to start drilling. I had to have some cavities filled and it was nearly painless. I was expecting the numbing shot to hurt but I hardly felt it. That was a first for me. I guess I looked a little chilly when I took my coat off and the hygienist asked if I needed a blanket, this is also a first. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough. I have not stopped talking to my friends and family about how I feel heard and I feel taken care of. It was maybe a week between my teeth cleaning and getting my cavities filled although there was about a 6 week wait for my teeth cleaning but that's not a huge deal since those are only twice a year.
Best dental experience! Dr Zhang was amazing with my 5 yr old and provided gentle dental care. We have struggled in the past trying to get cavities filled but he made it look easy! Thank you, Kimball and Beecher for overall great service!

Best vet I have ever been to- I don’t think any other place would ever compare! Everyone is so nice, and they genuinely care so deeply about me and my cats! They’ve given such great advice and care in every situation I’ve had. I only see them once (maybe twice) a year, but they remember details about myself and my pets. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I was looking for a local vet that we could take our baby Riley to. Found excellent reviews for Dr Lisa at Cat Clinic. Talked to her twice before making appointment. Riley had all her shots and her spay done today. Was very worried but Dr Lisa took excellent care of her and she is doing great. The price for everything she did was very reasonable. She could not have been more patient or compassionate with us and Riley. Look forward to seeing Dr Lisa at our next visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic and understanding Dr for their fur babies.

Klein and the staff run a top notch clinic. We switched our 2 year old dog there from a rude and high priced other Bettendorf clinic and we have been extremely happy with the decision and love Klein!! Every time we call, whether it’s for an illness or just a routine visit , staff is polite and professional. They always try to get our pet an appointment in a timely manner. Our pet gets loving, wonderful care at Klein. We recommend them to everyone!
We have driven two hours twice to the Animal Emergency Center of the Quad Cities because our local emergency hospital was either closed or not seeing any more patients that evening. I know there are staffing shortages, but it does make it difficult if not life threatening. Both times we have been treated with the utmost respect and compassion at the Quad Cities Center. I truly wish they were closer. Upon arrival, our girl was immediately taken to the back to assess whether or not her condition was life threatening. While examining her (and x-ray), they found a problem we were completely unaware existed and was no doubt the cause of her symptoms. We are now able to zero in on that and, hopefully, help her. Did we have to wait a bit to talk with the vet? Yes, but it was not hours. Perhaps we arrived at a time when they were not horribly busy. Again, I wish they were closer as I would not hesitate to return if needed. Thank you to the Dr. and the staff for taking care of our precious girl and for being so kind to us. Blessings to you all.

I am relieved to have discovered Hot Yoga at Tapas. This welcoming and challenging culture is both addictive and accessible to someone like me with a prior knee injury. With the quality of instructors who each in their turn come with a different approach are all considered and including of their class attendees. I feel like I have joined a community here. And having recently turned 40, I also feel like I have discovered a fitness option into which I can gain strength, flexibility and balance sustainably and will really marked results that will only flourish as I age.Hot Yoga is like the lazy girls hack for improved fitness. Burning more calories, and experiencing the benefits of cardiovascular work - that intense sweat - load bearing without the high impact, mindfully and calmly to counter the stress and cortisol reactions that cause a woman's body to hold weight, and best of all, in a world of decision fatigue and mental load, in this one area, I can access super results and never have to think beyond showing up.I'm relieved and grateful.
