Called to make an appointment, am informed they are only available Friday and Saturday. I said it would work great if there is an opening today (SAT). Sorry, doc not in today as there were no scheduled appointments...
This is really how you run a business? Only available 2 days a week but go home early because it's slow!!!
Made an appt a week ago on the 12th for today, the 18th, and they could not find my appt. When trying to rebook, they said they could not look me up by history with them. Also, when trying to figure out if I did make an appt last week, they tried to suggest Altoona, (which I have never been to) but they disreguarded me and went ahead and placed a phone call to Altoona walmart Vision, to just confirm... and the person there said i didnt have an appt with them.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Dr Baily has been an eye Dr. For many many years. I was trying to get RGP lenses. I had two pairs of contacts made. I couldn't see through either pair. I went to vision 4 less. The Dr. did my eye exam and told me how could that Dr. Who has worked 30+ years Prescribe these lenses to you. The lenses Dr. Baily prescribed were to steep for my eyes.
