The Iowa Clinic Pulmonary Department - Ankeny Campus

I wish all my doctor appointments were this great! Everyone was friendly and explained what I would be doing at my appointment. Dr. Trump was also really kind and approachable. He explained the "what, why and how's" of the next tests I'd be doing and I highly recommend this office.

Have been going to the Iowa Clinic here at the Ankeny location as well as the West Des Moines Location for 3 years (we located here from Florida.) I saw Jennifer Perman and her staff of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Dept. today and came away giving them a 5 star rating for: - friendliness - ease of making appointments - future scheduling - and most of all, listening to my concerns. GREAT job to all!

Despite some of the ratings that state otherwise, the departments at this location are very efficient based on my experience in the Medical Imaging Department. I can give nothing but rave reviews for this Department due to each tech taking the time to do their very best in handling my situation even asking questions to make sure they meet my needs. Take it from me, when you have to have an IV placed not in your arm, but your hand it takes an experienced tech and the Ankeny Campus had those individuals. Today was no exception.
