I booked laser hair removal treatment at the Ankeny, IA location- my experience overall was good. One thing that is concerning is the staff turnover that I experienced- I had the same LE do my laser treatment for months and then she was gone- w/o any communication. It would have been nice to be notified that my regular LE was not longer with the company and ex person would be doing them- since then I had Ali & Kristina and Taylor finish out my treatment appointments. Each LE does the treatment different, so I had no idea what to expect for the last 6 months of my treatments. I had to keep asking them to do it the way I preferred. Kristina is the bomb diggity! Everybody I’ve met here has been stellar as well! They helped me get my face looking like a filter, went from using foundation daily to like 2x/month. Laser hair removal has rocked. All the ladies always make sure you’re feeling comfortable and for my initial visits would even give follow up checks a day or two later.Services: Dermaplaning
