Our water heater went out and they got it fixed quickly. They are friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. They arent pushy at all. Pricing is very reasonable. I will use them for all my future needs.

10/10 recommend! They were out here within 2 hours of us calling. They had the problem diagnosed within minutes and fixed with in the hour!! They are honest, hard working and quick! We are now finally cooling off. ? we highly recommend Obsidian Heating and Cooling.

Obsidian Heating and Cooling is by far the best in the Des Moines metro area. Dylan got right out to help with my cooling problem. Their #1 focus is customer satisfaction! He was very knowledgeable and quickly took care of my issue. I will not hesitate to call them if I ever have heating and cooling needs in the future!
