Not sure I will be going back to this store. I do wanna say the doctor was great and my dealings with one of the other employees short hair and glasses very knowledgeable very courteous and nice. But the first time I was helped I felt like she didn't want to be there and not that helpful like she was annoyed. Then I had to pick my glasses up and again felt like she was annoyed same lady and In a hurry cause she had her daughter to get out side for someone waiting.i had questions about my glasses and not helpful and just not pleasant to deal with.

The service is fine. The doctor I saw was friendly, but trying to get an appointment is an absolute nightmare. I’ve never heard of an eye dr having such limited hours and closing so early every day. For that reason I rate them 2/5 stars, because I’ve never had more difficulty getting a simple 15-minute appointment just so I can get my contact lens prescription written.

Dr. Jansma and her staff are fantastic! I've been going to The Eye Co. for the last several years and have only had the best experiences. She's very attentive and thorough, and makes sure to take the necessary time to answer all your questions and concerns. I took my 6yo daughter in for her first exam and Dr. Jansma was phenomenal with her! Made her feel so at ease and was incredibly patient. Can't say enough positive things about Dr. Jansma!!
