About Elite Eye Care - Ankeny North (formerly The Eye Co.)

Elite Eye Care provides a fine experience with professional and knowledgeable doctors and staff. The doctors are great, taking time to explain and answer questions. Patients find cute frames. However, some staff interactions are noted as unwelcoming, unpleasant, or not helpful, with feelings that some employees seem annoyed or in a hurry. The experience with other employees is very courteous and nice.

The staff was incredibly helpful and took time to go the extra mile when trying to help me sort out insurance information. The Dr. really explained to me everything I had questions with. Very pleased with my experience and will recommend to friends.
