Ryan took a 72 year old former runner with a sore hip, into a runner again! He diagnosed my problem on the first visit and gave me specific exercises to combat my issues. Thank you Ryan! And Kelly is a lovely bonus at the front desk!
Outstanding results! Grant's method of PT is unique in my experience. It is a process (my description here) of Evaluating, Educating, Training, and Follow-up. He spent a good amount of time teaching me the underlying causes and the proper stretching, strengthening, and rolling out exercises. The "dry-needling" was a new experience, and I was amazed at the result. They are professional, personable, and genuinely care about your progress. Highly Recommended!
