All the instructors are very supportive and helpful. Sometimes my 4 year old son doesn’t want to be in the class, they find a way to encourage him and make all the kids enjoy the class . Definitely a great place to help kids improve confidence and leadership skills.

My child has been coming here for about 2 months now and he has so much more confidence and even listens better at home. The instructors are so patient with the children and make the class fun for them. Highly recommend!

I am proud of the Dojo’s instructors in Ankeny!! They encourage my child every single class to be the best he can be. They are patient with the kiddos! I really enjoy bringing my son to the dojos in ankeny! They are the BEST!!!!!

From Dojo's Family Martial Arts

We are a martial arts studio that instructs in Karate and Self Defense skills. We have classes for all ages, beginning at age 4 all the way up to and including adults. We have a pro shop right in our studio so that you can conveniently purchase any gear you may need directly through us. You will learn focus, self discipline, perseverance, self defense skills, and fitness among many other positive skills.
