“This is the 2nd radon remediation installation Jon has done for us; the 1st was a flip house and the 2nd was our home. Both jobs were well done at a reasonable price. The flip house read a bit high after the initial install; Jon added a 2nd access point at no additional charge and the problem was immediately fixed.Our home install was a bit complicated due to our 4 level split design. Jon alerted me to the potential issues with our home design, then installed a temporary system to ensure his planned system would work as desired. The test was successful and Jon installed a permanent system per his plan.Radon levels are good with both systems (<2.0). Fit and finish of the install is great. Jon also does a good job of cleanup.I'd definitely use Jon for any future needs.“

“My well pump quit, while I was gone. Pump was off no pressure in tank. Coupling broke 3/4" pipe full open pipe water flow in crawl space. I had that line shut off when Thorpe guys showed up. Pump would not start. Thorpe technician found burned contact points . Possible lighting strike. ( I called for help 7:30 AM there truck was in my driveway 8:15 AM.
Done an gone before 9:00AM an I had water again. Great company and great young men. I can call the young men because I'm 81.“
