Have not ever had any services from this establishment but I reached out to Kelsie in a panic, as my current lash place cancelled on me last minute. She wasn't able to fit me in, but went the extra mile to give me suggestions of other businesses that might be able to assist me. Just wanted to write this review for that sole purpose. I wanted to commend her for her incredibly kind gesture and wonderful customer service!

Kelsie is the go-to for brows! She is one of the only ones I would trust with mine. She has made my over plucked brows come a long way! She is professional and passionate and always takes her time to make my brows look the best they can when I see her. Her spa is nice and relaxing and Kelsie is super friendly and great to be around!

Kelsie is a miracle worker!!! I've always shaped my brows a certain way (because thats how they were shaped years ago when I first started waxing) and it looked good but then I started my first consult with Kelsie and she had me start them over, regrow, and reshape them. They look FLAWLESS now! I never knew they could look so good, such a confidence boost. I looove the shape that she has them and the color she tints them (it used to be so hard to find a brow tint that matched my natural red hair). I am so happy to have found Artisan Brow. If you are looking for a brow stylist, look no further!
