The Manager with blonde hair, glasses and blue eyes is extremely rude!!!!! Attitude is disgusting. She could Care less for the customers.On another hand the other employees are great, especially the gal with blonde hair and a hearing aid (not sure of name) she’s amazing.Sweet crew except the “manager”. Tsk tsk.

My roommate was manipulated into paying for a bottle of lotion she did not even know she bought. They didn't give her the lotion. Then she continued to tan until they decided she wasn't allowed to tan without the lotion so she bought a sample for $12. When she left the location they handed her a bottle of lotion she bought a month ago and never received with her name on it.
