Under Staffed . Staff sweet but poorly trained always need to contact management to answer questions …prices high and always different … machines malfunctioning. Waiting now with three people. Surprisingly pleasant people

Thank you Ashton for going above and beyond! We had purchase the spray tan package till the end of the year. I had some questions about what that "covered". She got me off and tanning and when I finished she had an answer for me and help adjust to the package I really wanted. I appreciate the time you took to make it right for me!

It depends on which one you go to. Des Moines on Fleur is excellent. Great staff, always clean and they don't act like they're doing you a favor. Ankeny, half the equipment is always in need of repair and they can't seem to get anyone to fix it because it stays broke for long periods of time. I don't think they sweep the floor very often either. They are always trying to get you to upgrade. They will tell you the tan you have a membership for is too strong for you to go full time but you can go full time in one of the upgrade beds. It's all about the upsell.
