I'm embarrassed to admit my carpeted stairs were terrible, but the results were were great for the base price. Saved my back from trying to do it with my small spot carpet cleaner. He was on time and very nice. I really like they gave a cleaning solution that can be refilled at no charge, and the shoe covers. The company was great with communicating with me and that's a huge plus in my book.
We purchased a home last spring and had Steamway clean carpets before we moved in. Since then we had some remodeling work done over about 2 months and the contractors didn't lay down plastic or protect the carpets in any way. I honestly thought the carpet was ruined but don't have the budget to replace them. I called Steamway and just hoped they could make them look somewhat better. Mark & Jeremy did a really good job and I couldn't be happier - the carpet looks great and I'm so relieved!
