We worked with Raechel, who was our new client consultant as we were trying to have my dad's apartment cleaned after he passed.Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel service due to a black mold problem with the vents in the apartment. Although we didn't end up going through with pHClean (we ran out of time and opted to forfeit our deposit) Raechel was courteous, sympathetic, and understanding about our situation.We will definitely be coming back to them in the future when we move again.
