When I first walked in, the first thing I noticed was the ambience. It was so peaceful and calming.Both my therapist Jenna as well the the desk receptionist was very kind and helped me understand how things worked.I’ve been having back aches as well stiff upper back, having a cracking sound every time I fix my posture.But most of that went away with my massage and the hot stones therapyI reccomend Jenna

Absolutely love going to this location! Cara is my go to gal for massage — she is seriously a magician with working out DEEP stress knots in the back & shoulders while still Making it an extremely relaxing experience. Previously, I thought that working out deep tension/knots would always be a painful experience, but Cara proved me wrong! She’s truly the best.For facials, I have seen both Leah and Tricia & I truly love them both! I have struggled with cystic and hormonal acne, and they both are so knowledgeable, judgement free, and have amazing equipment/products that leave my skin feeling amazing. I have tried many massage therapist and companies over the years and was hesitant to try Massage Heights since the prices were a little higher than I’m used to. My mom purchased me a massage about a year ago and since then, I have gotten a membership and intend to continue that! Not only are the front desk staff friendly, accommodating, and amazing, but Dalton, my massage therapist, is one of the best I’ve had. He listens to what I ask for and always utilizes the time well. I can’t speak for other locations, but the Ames Massage Heights is #1 in my book!
