This family member was likely going to be in the hospital awhile and they had a cat. So it was imperative to get in to rescue the cat. Reid took my call patiently and calmly, then met the person who would caretake the cat at the house. Cat rescued! And then he kindly dropped off a spare key for safekeeping nearby.“
