Katie is a phenomenal massage therapist with a true gift. I experienced the hot stone treatment for the first time, and it was wonderful. I highly recommend Katie if deep pressure is needed, although she will adjust according to your needs. She is very professional and intuitive.

I have had such a great experience with Katie! I have done both massage and reiki (with pulsory balance) with her and both were amazing and completely tailored to my body and mind!!! Would 100% recommend for anyone in the Ames area!

I had my VERY first professional massage done by Katie. She talked with me about some of the issues I have and personalized a session specifically to my needs. I suffer from headaches/migraines weekly and she did some extra energy work on me for that. I am a little sore today but I was very stiff when I went in. She did an awesome job and I will be back! Thanks Katie!
