Working with an accountant here cost me $565 in late penalty fees to the govt. The accountant forgot to pay my taxes even though they said they would do so. When I brought the mistake to the attention to the accountant, they did not offer a refund for the penalties. Still out that $565 due to the negligence. Would avoid.
