I worked with Melissa on setting up and appointment and discussing what my needs were, then within a few days her crew was able to come by! Matty and Delilah organized everything for me and it was no simple feat but they conquered my mess perfectly. They're incredibly affordable and deserve every cent and more!
Where to begin while writing this review… words are hard to grasp when you’re just in awe at the amazing hard work and finished product delivered by Couture Cleaning Co. LLC. I have never used a cleaning service for previous move-outs or just general housekeeping, but I’m a believer after working with Melissa and her team. They were able to alleviate so much stress and anxiety, so that I could focus that energy elsewhere, like packing up my whole life to move to another state. From the first point of contact, she (Melissa, owner) was the most responsive (and fastest) out of all the options in the Ames area and felt super easy, like we’ve known each other for a lifetime. She put my worries at ease and offered a very fair estimate and quote to clean the entire home. I didn’t even wait to hear back from the other companies and elected to proceed with confirming the cleaning with Couture Cleaning Co. Melissa is so friendly and outgoing, she just brightens your whole day! She was the light at the end of my never-ending black tunnel that is the whirlwind of moving out of state and always left me with a smile on my face - no matter what else had gone wrong that day. She (Melissa, owner) kept in contact via texting and I felt comfortable updating her about our impending move to allow her plenty of leeway to schedule it to her availability, as our timeline jumped ahead dramatically. She made it a breeze every step of the way. She reassured me that I didn’t need to do anything prior to her coming, as I was so worried about the mess we were leaving behind after living almost 4 years in this rental property with a dog. Now, flash forward to the HOTTEST days of the year and we are moving. I let her know where the keys were and how to access the home, as well as we had left the air on for her. She immediately responds that they may even start that night. Next thing I know, I’m getting a picture of the SPOTLESS bathtub, that we’ve tried so hard to clean in the past and was cleaner than when we moved INTO the home. I was speechless (albeit also moderately disgusted lol). I wasn’t expecting that level of care and attention, or just straight perfection from the team and it made my jaw drop. They did the same to the oven and the remainder of the home. She assured me that everything was locked up and even adjusted to increase the thermostat for us as the new occupants wouldn’t be arriving for a few more weeks after they had finished the cleaning, which only took the entire team a few hours. The pricing was more than fair for the hard work her team put into the rental and landlord was impressed by the state of the home upon inspection. I wish I could have tipped more - I’m just so grateful for all that they’ve done and just made moving so much less stressful so that we could meet the movers and things in a timely manner. I asked if I could fly her to Chicago to continue maintenance cleaning in my new home and she did inform me that they travel so I may just have to take her up on the offer! She even gives you a candle after cleaning, which she is mailing me all the way in Chicago! All in all, I cannot recommend Melissa and her team at Couture Cleaning Co. enough!!! She is forthcoming, very friendly and communicative, and delivers what’s promised, and then some. If I could give her more stars I would and I will recommend to everyone I know.
