Converse Conditioned Air

Our AC unit stopped cooling around 7:00 pm. I called Converse Conditioned Air and left a voice message that I needed to schedule for AC service the next day. The scheduler called me at 7:15 am the next morning and said we were on their service list for today adn they estimated arriving to our home close to 12:30 pm. The field technican arrived fifteen minutes earily (5 stars) and repaired our AC unit.
I have enjoyed the reliability of our Trane furnance and AC that I purchased from Matt Converse back in 2012. Great job and thank you for following up with great cutomer service. Ron F

We got great value for our money on furnace and air conditioner installation for our home. We got quotes from the top 5 reviewed places in Ames. Converse was $800 less than the next closest one and we got a slightly higher quality furnace too.Marty Chitty was quick to respond to our initial call and explained the procedures very clearly.I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering a new furnace or air conditioner.

Converse knows how to treat customers. We had an issue that they were extremely responsive to and they were out at our house to fix it within hours. They also had to come back and showed me what I could do to keep my heat running until a permanent fix could happen on the next business day.The thing that I love about them is that they don’t nickel and dime you either. I’ve had Converse at our house a handful of time and I wouldn’t call any other HVAC company in the area. Can’t recommend them enough!
