If I could give six out of five stars, I would. We are repeat customers because they have never let us down. Recently our hot water heater was leaking and I called just to leave a message (on a Sunday). The owner calls back and lines it up for the next morning!! My wife is in chemo and they masked up and donned booties...in and out quickly and the only person home was our 11-year old son. These guys are like family to us.

Exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism. I always appreciate workers who are willing to walk me through what needs to happen while doing excellent work. Called them out for an outdoor faucet repair. Between it's location & weather we had a bit of a rain delay, but he let me know they were watching the radar for it to clear. They called with the GPS time from my place and were there at the estimated time. Very professional and kind. We had been looking for our "go to" call for plumbing and we have found them! I had such a positive experience with Clouser Plumbing. I called to have them come out to install a new sink (going from two basin to one basin) and instant hot water heater. They came out within a day of calling to make sure that our existing plumbing would work with the new sink and there would be no surprises. They even came out and disassembled the old sink for us before the counter installers came. Clouser Plumbing came out at the time specified, was quick, affordable, and communicative with the whole project. I'll be calling them again for any future plumbing work!
