My Ames family member had a medical emergency and no one we knew lived nearby or had a key to their home. This family member was likely going to be in the hospital awhile and they had a cat. So it was imperative to get in to rescue the cat. Reid took my call patiently and calmly, then met the person who would caretake the cat at the house. Cat rescued! And then he kindly dropped off a spare key for safekeeping nearby.

Eric did a PROFESSIONAL job all the way. Eric made us a new Mitsibishi key. Eric programmed the key too.The Mitsibishi dealership in Des Moines said it would cost around $400.00. The dealership also said that we have to drive to the dealership in Des Moines. We live in Ames. Eric charged $160.00. If you read this, and you need a professional locksmith that does not gouge, then call Eric. ? Thank you Eric.

This is the second time ive within 2 months that ive needed service from these guys, and bith times they showed on time and got my me inside of me car in less than 60 seconds. Great job.
