Been going to ARF for 5 years now. Great place to get a workout. West location is my least favorite but it's great being able to go 24hours. If you have the chance do check out the new south location.
No consistent desk staff and that's the point, key code entry only, kinda following in the footsteps of Anytime Fitness and other private 24 hour gyms. No shortage of equipment!
I go here almost every day. The staff is friendly and I've only had good experiences with other members. I like how there are no classes and just machines at this location. One of the best fitness centers I've been a part of.
