Ali was great; very friendly and outgoing, and open to answering questions and clarifying any confusion on aftercare.I'm happy with my results- the 11 lines on my brow are a lot less deep, and the smile lines are almost gone. I can feel that my skin feels thicker and more bouncy. They do a numbing gel before the procedure, so it hurts a lot less than you'd imagine.I will say I was skeptical at first, because of the multitude of 5 star reviews - this is explained by the fact that the business will contact you after the procedure and send a Google link to ask for a review. But the request I received did not say they expected a great review, or what to say.
