“My original furnace was installed about 10 yrs ago by them, and it was deemed unsafe during maintenance check for this year. Another company recommended a new furnace. “(INDOOR IRRIGATION METER INSTALLATION)This was a last minute thing as I was coming back from military orders. I looked up and contacted Practical Plumbing for an estimated quote and within just a few hours, I was able to talk to the receptionist (of whom was super nice) and the Plumbers. With a time constraint, they were able to allow me to record a video for where the water line is pathing to the outside faucets along with some pictures. That saved a bunch of time!The next morning, an estimated quote for the Irrigation Meter installation came back and the price was great! I then booked a date in for the installation in two days. Kevin(plumber) came through promptly at the agreed time and got the installation done that afternoon without any issues.I would highly recommend this place and their professionalism manner/job to anyone!-Hai“

“I got hooked up with Connett through my home warranty company. I was so satisfied with the work Juan did that I purchased a 3 year home maintenance program. The office staff always calls to remind me to set up the AC and furnace checks.
Today Pete came out due to issues with our AC coil. He kept checking things until he figured out what was wrong. They are now working with the home warranty company to solve my issue. Pete was very informative and helped us understand what was causing our issues.
Every time I call Connett or when a tech has to come out, the staff has been polite, respectful and willing to explain things so I can understand them.
I have recommended them to others including my mom.

They came out and did the replacement today. The delay was on the home warranty companies part and working around my schedule. Connett called me a few times to see if I was ready for them to come out to do the final replacement.
