Jayna is one of the shining stars at Altoona Veterinary Hospital in my book! She’s always friendly when we (or anyone else!) arrives and treats all my pets as if they were her own. She listens to concerns or questions and effectively translates them to the doctors and provides prompt responses.She’s truly someone who cares about animals, the education of their owners, and is just incredibly kind hearted!!! We adore her!!!
Always been a great place to take our pets! They receive the best care here and I’m never left to wonder if there was more that could have been done. Jayna is always helpful and we always have a great experience! Highly recommend.
I've taken my pets here for ten years now. The staff are all friendly, experienced and attentive to my dogs. I was an hour late for an appt. one time (I mis-read the appt. time) and one of the vets stayed late to see us. Wasn't an emergency, just routine.
