We moved away from Iowa about 3 years ago and I've yet to find a better haircut or barbershop experience other than Bruce. Great haircut, good small talk, and a building that just feels homey.
The Barber Shop and Bruce are Altoona icons. My family has been going to Bruce for more than 30 years: grandpa, dad, and now I take my son there. Reasonably priced, efficient, and always has a penny for kids to get a gumball from the machine.
I just wanted to say today is Friday January 12 really bad snow storm why did I decide to go get my haircut in this weather I have no idea but I was looking a little scruffy and I was looking everywhere to get my haircut and beard trimmed and I seen this barber shop was the only one that answer and I have to give this guy 10 stars did amazing job 10/10 recommend great guy too…!!!! Thank you again
