Today I had my two very, VERY, long furred German Shepherds groomed and I, and my dogs, couldn't be happier! After a less-than-great experience at another groomer, I was blown away by how wonderful the girls look and feel now. The groomer listened to my wishes and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend BCR for anyone looking for a great groomer. Thank you for taking such great care of my girls!
When you make a reservation for your pet, they require a 50% deposit. I recently booked a stay for my dog, but later had to cancel the trip. When I asked for a refund of my $125 deposit, I was told they don't refund deposits. They save them as a credit for the next time you use their service. I don't have a reason to use their service in the future, so I'm out $125. This policy is not listed on their website or Facebook site, nor was it told to me in any other way. My black lab Quinn goes to butler's for deshedding baths. I love them! She's always so clean! She has a soft coat and smells much better! And it really cuts down on the shedding!!?
