Core is absolutely the best. I had a bad fall and suffered from a concussion. The result was severe vertigo. I have now seen Kristin in the West Des Moines office and Jacob in the Adel office. Both spent time educating me and going through some processes to help me gain my equilibrium back. I am feeling so much better and am grateful for the entire staff. I always receive great care!
