Excellent results, improved the mobility of my toe and reduced the pain I felt after a long day at work. PTs are friendly and knowledgeable and focused on helping you. Would definitely go back!
This was my first experience with physical therapy. A.J. and McKinley were knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive throughout my sessions. I especially appreciated the at home exercises that I could continue on my own. If I ever need P/T again, I'll head to Adel Athletico!
My experience at Athletico Adel has been great! My main PT was Tim, but I did also work with many others in the office. Everyone was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and always answered my questions. They got me back on my feet as quickly as I was able. I highly recommend Tim if you've had knee replacement, he really knows his stuff.
