High satisfaction! I really recommend Turning Point as my Chiropractic. The team in Mililani did a fantastic job! My back has felt a lot better with the adjustments due to my work. I learned a lot from them and I’ll be going more often. Very happy patient! ?

At first, I was nervous about going to see a chiropractor. I called a friend and she recommended Turning Point Chiropractic in Mililani. They didn't have any openings that would accommodate my schedule.
The Waipio Gentry location did and there I met Dr. Kai. The staff and Dr. Kai made me feel completely comfortable and my concerns quickly faded. Dr. Kai walked me through each and every procedure before he did the adjustment. His approach is incredible and where I was hesitate I now find myself looking forward to seeing him for a weekly adjustment.

Excellent customer service! Always a warm welcome and greetings from the office staff ? Remarkable patient care! Dr. Shaun and Dr. Kai are the REAL DEAL Gotta come in and try their magic ? I have never felt so heard and understood before. I see Dr. Shaun regularly and he goes beyond just his ability to relieve pain but he listens. He cares, he can relate and he understands. For me, it is very deceiving that I am in chronic pain but I feel very blessed that my healing journey in life brought me here. Outstanding bedside manner with the utmost intent of absolute patient care. Thank you all for your services!
