Very fast service! My LG washer (under 5 years old) was not draining due to broken drain pump and was making a lot of clicking noise. Jerry and his nephew came to my house the day after I called him and replaced the drain pump. My washer is working like new again. Mahalo!

LG Fridge stopped cooling. Found NEXTERA on the LG site as their authorized service center. They responded quickly, arrive on time, diagnosed issue very quickly and was able to fix it under warranty. Excellent experience and I would certainly call them for possible future challenges regardless of manufacturer. Highly recommend!

Excellent, responsive service. Living in town, Jerry was very reasonable and able to fix our LG fridge within 48 hrs of calling, unlike a few other repair services in town quoting nothing earlier than 2-3 weeks. He asked for photo of the model and brought a compressor with him, fixing on the spot. Mahalo, great work!!
