From the time you walk in you feel welcomed! The receptionist is so sweet always kind & knows what's going on. This is my second time there & I already made a third appointment. I love that they squeezed me in when I needed a same day appointment! They always explain everything to me before, during & after my procedure. They even took time to stop & give me the mirror to get my opinion. I've been to other offices that just did what they thought was good & never took time to check with me. Good hidden Gem! Definitely a 10!

I went to Ka Wai Ola in June and took advantage of the extra free time I had to treat myself a little, the clinic is upstairs, they had an elevator if you needed it. There was PLENTY of parking which is a huge deal for me as I don't like to compete for parking. The staff is very friendly and I hardly waited anything while I was there. I was seen for treatment if crows feet and my "11" between the brows. This was the first time I try botox, the staff explained everything from what happens after the injections to how to care for your treatmentfir lasting results to how long it takes to see results! I was amazed I knew so little about it. It's been about 4 weeks and I love what is happening. I would get headaches from squinting too much and wow what a difference! No more headaches from eye strain! I feel 100% better about my appearance and it makes me more confident in my job as I work in the beauty business. Mahalo nui loa! I look forward to my pre holiday pick me up

Love, love, love Dr. James Okamoto and Esther! Both are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, more than willing to answer any questions you may have.I had certain goals for both Botox and Juvaderm. I just wanted regain a few years of youth while still maintaining the ability to express myself as usual. In the plan Dr. James Okamoto put together, I received 32 units of Botox and a bit of Juvaderm in my lips. My crows feet are smoothed out, my frown lines are gone, and my brows are lifted. I am loving the arches, all it took was a bit a Botox! In my younger years I had fuller lips, and with age I had lost them until I had gotten some Juvaderm. I expressed to Dr. James Okamoto how I had always wanted a "cupids bow" and he made it happen. He is incredible! *will add before and after picture if this allows to later* Esther is incredibly kind and super helpful when to comes to skincare! She will go over the benefits of each product that sparks your interest! I am loving the Elta Med line, I use the gentle face cleanser and their suncreen. I can hardly wait to go back and to purchase a few more skincare products, and to get a few more beauty enhancements. If I could give more than 5 stars, I WOULD!
