WOW! My sliding glass window installation way no less than what I would describe as fantastic old school customer service! A lock adjustment was needed the day after the installation, Chris sent Josh out right away, Josh was educational, made the adjustment and did a wonderful job and further educated me on there operations. Upon leaving Josh said he was always available should any need arise in the future just call. Catherine place a follow up call to us to ensure our saturation. Thank you ALL, great product and out of this world service!

We had a great experience with Costal Windows. Ethan guided us through selecting the exact size and style we needed as we DiY our home renovation converting our older home to vinyl windows and they look amazing. The process took a couple of months for building and shipping, but that’s expected in Hawaii. Highly recommend their quality and customer service!
My overall experience with Coastal Windows was absolutely awesome! From day one, when I called and spoke with salesperson Ethan Hinkel, everything went smoothly. I visited their showroom and had the chance to meet Ethan, the staff, and even the president of the company.
I was given a tour of their facility, where I saw the step-by-step process of how they make their windows—it was truly impressive.
