Every time I've needed maintenance work done on our air conditioning Mark and Tony have been here within a few hours to do whatever is needed. I couldn't be more impressed with their work. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, they're an absolute joy to deal with --- courteous, fair and helpful in every way. It's great to know I can always depend on Tradewinds Air Conditioning!

As part of ongoing maintenance, I decided to call an HVAC company to thoroughly clean my A/C system - evaporator coils, flush condensate drain line, vacuum the drain pan and do a system check at the end to ensure my system was working properly. I had read reviews of several companies prior to selecting Tradewinds Cooling but I'm so pleased that I selected them to do the job. I was quoted a price up front and told how long the job would take so that there would be no surprises. Jason arrived on the scheduled day ON TIME and let me tell you, he set my mind at ease immediately by explaining what he was going to do and why. He showed me a short video of a unit that had been neglected to the point of barely functioning. Even though I don't use my unit often, I want it to function properly and appreciate the importance of good maintenance. When you have a stranger in your home for four hours or more, it is helpful that they are friendly and courteous and Jason was all of that, plus professional and COMPETENT. The owner, Ellison, called me to ensure that everything went well and thanked me for my business. I received exceptional customer service. I am extremely happy with the services of Tradewinds Cooling and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repair, maintenance or even a full replacement if necessary. They do it all!!

I can't begin to describe the heartbreak of walking in our door at 8 p.m. to find two inches of standing water from a sprinkler system that malfunctioned. Photo albums, souvenir books, yearbooks, and a priceless book of memoirs from my deceased mom were soaked. The baseboards were already starting to swell and warp.

But Aloha Restoration came to our rescue. Mark and Matthew's response to our water infiltration was immediate. Their professionalism and knowledge of water removal and mold prevention is outstanding. Their genuine concern for us and our possessions and their expert attention to detail made this would-be disaster a non-event.
