As a business owner of several apartment building complexes in Aiea and in Kaneohe, we've struggled over the years of finding a good, skilled, reliable plumber. Bobby from Pacific Drain Service answered our call for help on a weekend. Responded first thing Monday and resolved the problem in our kitchen sink drain. Fast, clean and knowledgeable. Happy with the price and service.

Now I know who to call first, we have cast iron pipes and "flushable" wipes are a big hazard. Posted sign for my 89-year-old mother with Alzheimer's and hope that it will not happen again. Professional, fast, and appreciated we were probably first stop on a Monday morning. MAHALO!
