Nicole was straightforward and sincere with me and so caring with my dogs. This was my first visit in a long time and she still remembered a dog I brought in once 5 years ago! My 3 minimally socialized dogs were no picnic and she didn't make me feel bad about that at all (One kept pooping and she told me that he's scared and that's normal when they aren't used to the sound of the electric file). Plus - my dogs bark at any new person and they didn't bark at her or try to get away from her. They seemed to innately trust her. From past experience I strongly feel that my dogs know when people are good (trustworthy) or bad (ill-intentioned). My dogs give her 4 out of 4 paws way up!
