But our visit to the ER was nothing but exceptional.
From the first person we met to the last

Our RN was Dilan he was incredible and extremely caring
The ED tech was Miriam and she was so concerned and so professional
The Dr was Mckenna Lee and he checked in on us multiple times even though the place was hopping busy
I really wish I got the name of the lady that was in registry, because even though the rest of the staff were amazing, she stood out with her level of care and compassion, she was an excellent ambassador for the hospital
If administration read this, please reach out so I can find out her name and place it in this review, because she deserves a mention and she deserves to be recognized by your organization.
No one wants to end up in ER, but if you have to, then in our experience, you will be looked after here.

“Excellent service from check in to check out. Nurse Meagan was totally awesome and Dr. Bradley Glenn took his time and didn’t make you feel rushed. Definitely recommend this clinic. Nice and clean too.“

“Ive had Kaiser for over 6 years and i started coming to Kaiser Wailuku a lot for my skin issues. Lately it's been for my first pregnancy and i am high risk due to my age and some other issues. So far ive had nothing but exceptional care from everyone. Their employees are all so sweet and professional. I always leave Kaiser feeling well taken care of and confident in the care that they are providing me. All the obgyns i have seen for this pregnancy including the MAs, RNs etc have been all so great to me. I love Kaiser“
