Very disappointing. I was a loyal customer here for more than a year. Exclusively had them cut my hair. Always had a good relationship. Once tipped her $50 for a last minute appt. Lately some random rude girl answers the phone instead of my stylist. Can't seem to make a simple appt. Today she condescendingly derides me for not remembering the owner's name. Then when I gave up in frustration, sent me taunts via text. Super unprofessional. Used to be a good place, or else I'd give it one star.

A total hidden gem! I have never considered this spot since it's not very noticeable and the owner doesn't market herself enough. I stumbled into this place because I saw a sign for $15 men's haircuts. What I got was a $40 service. I can tell she was very good and comfortable cutting hair. I asked how long she's been cutting hair and she chuckled and said 15 years. Her skill was very apparent when comparing to some of the other hair cut places nearby (specifically the one across the street, they're horrible). Haircut, full head massage shampoo, then a retouch and then you're done. She even wrote down notes on how we cut my hair for next time. Really goes above and beyond.
