She is FANTASTIC, bring a picture and she can create the style on YOU.Lucy does such a great job, my son left for school in the mainland after his tChristmas break haircut and was unable to return until July 1/23. I've been going here to have my hair cut be Noreen since the early 90's. She's a perfectionist. Takes her time and is very professional. Highly suggest Headquarters for all your hair needs.

I got the recommendation from a woman I saw across a bar. Loved how her hair was cut and she said she got it done at Headquarters. I luv the woman who cuts my hair now. Quick, no extra washing or styling, and the price is very affordable. Perfect for a no fuss, long hair girl like me.
