We called Dick's Fumigation for advice on how to assess and treat a termite problem in one of the living room cabinets. All of our interactions with the staff were professional, prompt, friendly and informative - from the person who answered the phone, to the technician who came to our home (Daniel), to the person who sent us our documentation and our invoice. All of the staff gave us confidence that they know their business well and they care about their customers.

Great service from my 1st call thru the termite treatment process. The technician was Daniel. He arrived on time, wore booties over his shoes and was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in treating my infestation. He explained what to expect afterwards and showed genuine care for my home. Mahalo nui!! I highly recommend them.

We changed last year from a well known dysfunctional extermination company to Dick’s Fumigation. We are very pleased because Dennis is thorough and his treatments are very effective for a long time. Finally, no bugs!
