I went to get my lashes done at tranquility and the day I got them done my lashes were falling out. The lashes were not even glued in the proper area and I see that they were glued half way on each individual lash. My skin was irritated bc some of them were glue on my eyelids. You guys are all friendly but please be careful when doing lashes. I had to get them removed.

I wanted to get my eyebrows and lashes done today. I booked an appointment 6/14/2022 at 3:30pm. I show up at 3:33pm only to see Tihana working on a customer. I sit practicality next to her in the small waiting area. I'm there for 10 minutes and even talked to my husband on the phone for a bit. Yet, Tihana carried along not even acknowledgeding me. The messed up part is this is not the first time Tihana has done this to me. I don't understand. What's the point of making an appointment if she is not going to be there on time! Got a fresh set of MEGA lashes for my birthday:)I wish i knew about their shop sooner ! My new lash tech, Nora (IG: @lasheddbynora_) made my experience with her so comfortable! She provided me a blanket before we began, I’m 2 weeks away from my due date & half way through my session my back started to ache— she laid me on my side with a pillow to cuddle so that i was comfortable & i instantly knocked out ! Definitely the best experience i’ve had. So if you want to get beautified & are looking for a place of cleanliness, friendly staff & quality work, tranquility beauty & wellness is a place to go ! they offer more services & you won’t regret!
