“Friendly and helpful staff. The vet was great and happy to answer my questions. Prices were reasonable. Most importantly, they were sweet and doting on my girl. Will go absolutely return. I adore how loving the staff was to my very sweet kitty.

I recently had a couple urgent (not emergent) issues and they were able to squeeze me in the day of. Then, after learning I lost my older cat they were so so kind and compassionate. A really beautiful group of humans.

“Staff were super helpful, clean inside, do t try to up sell and the doctors listened and adjusted there course of action which is refreshing. Our cat has a very rare type of infection and this is the 6th vet (pcsing) we've been too. Easily the top 1 vet office and vet. Thank you guys for being real people and professional.“

“Ive had bad experiences and the vet before, so when i say this hospital was incredible, i mean it. Every member of the staff especially the doctors were so caring and went above and beyond to make sure me and my cat were satisfied. Dr. Yap was the one taking care of my cat, and she was wonderful!! me and my cat left happier than ever and i can tell she already feels much better than she does going to other vet hospitals. i would 100% recommend going here for any pet needs, less money for better service“

“Absolutely the best veterinary experience we have ever had. Our beloved Iniki was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and our regular vet did not have time to fit us in. I searched and was lucky enough to find Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic and the incredible Dr. Jordan.We made an appointment and even though they did not know us or Iniki, they were so kind, so thoughtful, so understanding and so professional that our Iniki's last moments were precious. Dr. Jordan and his assistant Charlie truly love animals and it is obvious in the care they show. The front desk staff were so sweet as well, especially Angelica. When I returned to retrieve Iniki's ashes a couple days later, they had washed and rolled up the beach towel we used to bring him in.Today a sympathy card arrived in the mail hand written by Dr. Jordan and it was priceless and so heartfelt. We have moved our other dog Kona's records over to MTCPC and we will never be looking for another vet!Aloha and mahalo nui loa to Dr. Jordan and his wonderful staff!“

“Dr. Jordan was amazing! My puppy was dealing with a lot of issues we were unsure & scared about him losing weight, no energy, etc. Dr. Jordan did a full check up, gave him an IV, and sent us home with medicine. My pup is back to normal! His assistant was also very kind and you can tell they love animals there.“
