I’ve been coming here for a few years (prior to the pandemic) and every class has been amazing. The instructors are very helpful in alignment, adjustments (mostly verbal now of course) and making you feel welcome at any stage of your yoga journey. Love love love the co-op!

Great space to practice in and amazing array of teachers. Something for everyone's individual skill level! I frequent Kara's classes when I find myself on that side. Kind soul with a deep knowledge of yoga philosophy and anatomy. Her classes kick my butt and she brings the jams
